Banquet is scheduled for January 17th, 2026 at the Hotel of Roanoke.
We are excited to share details for the 2025 VCHSS Awards Banquet!

-Choose the racer that is registering for the event.
-Choose the banquet event.
-Then do the following to register your guests.
Click + Add Guest.
Enter the guest’s name and select their type: Adult: 13+ ($60), Youth: 6-12 ($48.60), or Child: under 6 (No Charge).
Click the checkmark to confirm the guest entry.
Repeat for each additional guest.
Use the Special Requests box to list seating preferences, allergies, or other notes. *You must indicate who you want to sit with HERE if you have a preference - tables seat 10 people each.
When finished, click Add Registration to Cart.
Check Out.
Please keep in mind the meal price includes more than just the meal;
it also covers the cost of the banquet room, staff, security, facility fees and more.
Seating:
Please let us know who you would like to sit with in the seating request field before checking out. We cannot guarantee seating, but do our best to accommodate your request.
If you absolutely need to be at the same table, submit ALL names and payment together.

Banquet attendees are reminded that we are guests at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. You are
reminded that your behavior directly reflects on the Virginia Championship Hare Scrambles Series and your
fellow attendees. You are also reminded that parents are responsible for their child’s behavior and parents will
be held accountable for any problems their children create. Please make sure that you are aware of where your
children are. This is their banquet as well as the adults and we want everyone to have a good time, but they
must be well behaved. Please know where your children are and what they are doing at all times. No one under
the age of 21 is allowed in the bar area at all and they are not to be running through the hotel. The hotel will be
holding the series responsible for any and all inappropriate actions and damage that occurs on their property.
These actions may prevent us from continuing to use The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center for our
banquets. Any inappropriate actions could jeopardize your future with the series and any invitations to future
events. We hope we are all on our best behavior to avoid any incidents or injuries. It would be a shame to not
be invited back to this location because of the behavior of a few folks. Please also keep in mind we are not the
only patrons in the hotel.
This event is by reservation only. No walk-ins.
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR OWN BEVERAGES INTO THE
BANQUET.
You are not to be outside of your own personal room with any alcoholic beverage
that you did not purchase from the hotel.
Parent's, please be mindful of your children. There is a wedding going on at the same time as our banquet and we need to be respectful.
